The 1400sqft home, situated on 18th floor overlooking Mumbai's main highway and mountains cape, incorporates a collection of paintings by local artists, planting and greenery to cater for a pair of retired couple. The home has been redesigned by converting four bedrooms to three, allowing extra space for a built-in home bar, a nook for the couple's favorite spirits.
From the entrance itself the green door stands out which is juxtaposed with the metal unit which also acts like the buffer between the dining and entrance. The whole house is themed along the New English style using pastel grey as the backdrop to highlight the use of cane and wood.
The Kitchen luminosity is enhanced with the palette of beige and cane amplifying the space, the muted colors of the kitchen, living room, hallway continues to the bedrooms as well making the house cohesive in design.
